When you choose products and pay for them on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be cancelled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping your order.

When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the amount paid to your credit / debit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Varsidhi is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we will inform you within 5 days of your purchase date and process a refund to your credit / debit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition, and carry all original labels and tags. Exchanges must be made within a week of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. Blouse Stitching charges and Ready to Wear charges shall be borne by the customer.

Return shipping charges would be borne by Varsidhi only in case of wrong product shipment.

We try our utmost to make the information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free or complete. We request you to notify us of any such inaccuracies so that we can correct them immediately.

If Varsidhi detects any errors in product pricing, we will charge the correct price to you if it is lesser than the stated price. The difference amount would be refunded to your credit / debit card account.

If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will suspend the shipping process and inform you. If you are reluctant to pay the higher price, the amount paid by you would be refunded to your credit / debit card account.

Prices displayed on the website and our invoices are in Indian Rupees. Prices when displayed in other currencies are only indicative. The actual price paid by the customer will be as converted and computed by your credit /debit card provider.

Varsidhi has taken utmost care to reproduce the actual colors of the apparel to digital format with the highest quality possible within the technical limitations. But we recommend our customers to be advised that the actual reproduction of colors on your screen/monitor may slightly vary due to brightness and contrast settings, or color profiles used.

If any of our products which involve handicraft, a normal degree of variation and non-uniformity in color and texture is possible, as in all hand made products.

Apparel fit will vary with style and cut.

Varsidhi shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/ intervention/ direction/ prohibition or change in law/international law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
